Why Dinner Mode?
Dinner Mode launched in September, 2014 on the BOLD stage at #INBOUND14. Since launching, people all over the country have taken the Dinner Mode challenge.

The concept is easy. We are increasingly becoming addicted to technology. You see it every day. People on their phones walking down the street, in their cars, at the checkout line and while eating. It’s madness! Our brains need a break from the connectivity and so do our hearts and souls. The question is what can we do about it?
With Dinner Mode, you can create space and time every day to disconnect. While you eat, give yourself a set period of time to be off your phone (15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 1 hour). This time is yours! You can choose to be mindful of your surroundings, you can engage in riveting conversation, you can eat in peaceful silence…it’s up to you.
When the time is up, the timer will go off. You can go about your regularly scheduled programming. Congratulations!
